a simple cussuin heel insole for shoes and trainers simply change the infill for desired firmness also the flex in the tpu will have an effect aswell i found that a 15% gyroid infill with 3 layers and a medium firm tpu worked great and was cussioned but not so much it crushed at the weight when i stood up
