TPU FPV Drone Frame - Indestructible

TPU FPV Drone Frame - Indestructible

I saw a video where someone attempted to print a TPU frame, but ended up with a "wet noodle" of a quad because the arms were too flexible for the torque from the motors, causing the flight controller to freak out. This got me wondering whether I could design a frame in a way that keeps the arms stiff while keeping the frame itself flexible and "indestructible". Well, it worked, and I have a video to prove it: https://youtu.be/mBZmmNlWx3Y This frame is almost entirely printed out of TPU Hardware required: 4 x m3 x 10mm 4 x m3 x 25mm (or similar) 8 x m3 nut (5.5mm O.D.) 4 x m3 nut (nylon) Fits full sized FPV cameras (I use the Eagle 2 pro). If you want me to design a version for mini cameras, leave a comment. NOTES: Everything was printed out of Sainsmart Pink TPU, except for the bottom cap (it needs to be printed out of PLA since it increases the stiffness of the frame). I'm curious to see who will print one. Tag me on instagram @gvaskovsky_yt in your photo if you build one! Not sure about weight, it's chunky but manageable.
