Remix of Drogerdy 2.0http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:700835 Modified to print on a 4 inch cubed print space. Length shortened by one track link (less than 8 inches) and cut into 3 parts length wise. Each of the 3 parts were hot glued together. Holes were added so screws can attached the sections for easy disassembly. On the body, slots were modified to be wedge shaped so screw heads or printed standoffs can be used to mount equipment on the body. Instructions Remix of Drogerdy 2.0http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:700835 Downloaded cogs are not modified and track is not modified. Used #12 AWG solid wire for track pins. Body printed bottom down on printer bed. Used pillar supports but need to support with masking tape before the pillars widen at the top to prevent pillars from breaking. Most parts printed with a brim except for cogs. Used PLA, 20% fill, 195/190 degree C. Track printed with 100% fill. Used a different plan for a photo interupter (light gate). The bracket can be attached to the back side of the motor, or on the main cog. Print the slotted wheel in black. IR light seems to get through the wheel if you use a colored filament like red.
