DO NOT TRY AND USE THIS It's just for decoration. That's it and that's all, man. It is anatomically correct and mechanically functional, though. I was really impressed when the printed threads actually let me put this on my hub. Maybe I'll make a colorful or glow in the dark one to put on the unused side of my hub. This is modeled after the best cog, the Shimano Dura-Ace Track Cog. It comes in 13 to 17 teeth, so this one does too. FULL versions have the recessed lockring cutout on the bottom, tapered teeth, and hub threads. Most or all of these things are useless and just make the thing harder to print. I enabled supports for the lockring recession and tapered teeth but it got messy, see how ugly the underside is? But I wanted to go fully authentic. Maybe your printer is better. NO RECESSION version is just like the full version but lacks the lockring recession. This makes the bottom/outside flat, easy to print, and nicer looking. If you want to thread on a decorative pink cog to your non drive side, this is probably the one to do, as it's still 'functional' since you shouldn't bother with a lockring, but looks and prints better. SIMPLE versions are missing the above features, but still retains the identifiable shape. I think this would be good for printing scaled-down versions for little keychains and stuff, or for people not trying for a difficult print. FLAT versions are missing the extended thread area, so these will be very simple to print, very appropriate for cosmetic projects, keychains, stickers, badges, etc. In the picture showing three sizes, the large one is Full at normal size, the keychain is Simple at 50% size, the nickel is Flat at 30% size. Again, this is not intended to actually be used; even if you have a metal printer I'm pretty sure commercial versions of this are very strong.
