Modified for the current generation of 1.8mm saw blades. There are two STL files. The first is for an exact 1.8mm kerf. The second with "adjusted" in the name has been tweaked to allow for the inaccuracy of printing on my 3D Printer. After printing the original file the kerf measured 2mm rather than the required 1.8. I made the new STL 0.2mm narrower and the kerf measurement is exactly 1.8mm measured on the final part. I've included both for you to try.
