Tradfri on off adapter

Drew up a all-in-one piece with complete front bezel.

Profile may change, be supplemented to match Elko brand in the next few days.

Changelog:
v1: First print
v2: increase recess as much as possible, improve printability, rounded profile.
v3: more fillets and chamfers to attempt print without support
v4: simplified interior, dropped two mounting holes and tried matching Elko classic shape.
v5: changed fillets to constant chord, added tabs to hold bottom of tradfri switch. small adfjustemt to internal radii, increased cutout for battery access. submitted for WAT with prelimiary test results looking good.
v6: cleanup fusion project and replace some fillets with chamfers for smaller file.
