Traffic Light Model in OpenSCAD

thingiverse

The model of a traffic light. It is made in openscad from scratch. Within margins you might even experiment with different parameter values for its size, but the shades for the lamps are kinda hard coded (I might change that in future versions). Video of (a part of) the printing procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CO2CbEDbBbs . Instructions For my first try to print it I used 0.5 mm layer height and printed it with the stuff that happended to be in my printer: natural ABS. As the model is printed upright and has quite a small base plate I printed it with a brim of 5 mm (slic3r setting) but without any support. As this is only the body of the traffic light, no further assembly is required yet.
