Trail Tech Voyager Pro mount for KLR250

This is a very simple and low profile handlebar mount for installing a Trail Tech Voyager Pro onto a Kawasaki KLR250, or any motorcycle with a 1/2" dia handlebar reinforcement. Although I designed this for the Voyager Pro dock, it probably works with other Trail Tech docks, and really anything that is compatible with the Ram mount hole pattern. Print two copies with high infill (I used 75%) and mount as shown in the photos. You'll need 4 bolts, 5mm dia x 40mm length, plus 8 washers and 4 nylock nuts. Don't over tighten!
