This part was designed by myself to fit a Trail Tech Vapor along with the stock Suzuki ignition switch and indicator lights as close to the 1-1/8" handlebars as possible. Unlike other mounts that have been produced out of laser or water-cut metal, this mount attaches directly to the handlebar and protects/hides the wires. The design uses the stock Trail Tech countersunk fasteners for mounting the Vapor to the bracket and M4 nuts and bolts for clamping the bracket to the bar. I strongly recommend using a moderate thread-lock on all the fasteners as the bike will vibrate everything loose sooner than you might think. Currently on the 3rd iteration. This clamp might fit other bikes, like the DR 650. It was designed to clear Pro-Taper bar mounts with a minimum 70mm spacing between them. Instructions Printed in PLA on a lightly modified Ultimaker at 100 micron layer height, .4mm nozzle, and a heated bed @70C. Wall thickness is set to .8mm with an extra 1.2mm on the top and bottom layers. It is plenty strong with 15% infill, anything over 25% just seems silly. If you're worried about strength and being able to really clamp it down hard, I'd increase the wall thickness a bit, but the skirt around the front hiding the wires is still only going to be two layers thick. Make sure to print these flat side down (the arch for the bar should be up).
