Tramming Jig (Harbor Freight Analog Dial Indicators)

thingiverse

Tramming jig that is modified to work on a Millright Mega V in conjunction with Harbor Freight Analog Dial indicators (1 in Travel Machinist). I modified this because the one created by JdMorgan82 was a great design, but I found it very difficult to attach to the spindle due to the short gantry. In this drop I included two files, 1 that used printed in place plastic shank (1/4) and another that includes holes to press fit in a stainless steel rod (1/4). Very likely I will modify version 2 to include a larger press fit hole so epoxy could be used to weld the rod and jig together. This is a work in progress, but Ill update as soon as I had some use under my belt.
