Trampoline Mower Guards
thingiverse
Our robotic lawn mower and trampoline aren't exactly close companions, but these brackets are designed to help them become better acquaintances. With the bracket installed on all edges of our trampolines w-shaped struts, the mower can no longer get lifted up. Instead, it bounces against them and changes direction. A bracket is made up of two parts that fit together with two M5x15mm screws and nuts. The hexagonal nut stays in place thanks to the back piece (bracket 1). The front piece (bracket 2) has enough room for a 10mm diameter screw head, which should be plenty for most screws. Our trampoline (Salta) features a tube diameter of 40mm. The angle of the inner-w at the bottom is around 15°. The bracket's gripping ends are made slightly larger to allow for attaching velcro strips. This makes assembly more flexible and prevents scratching the tube's coating. I'm assuming this part will also fit on trampolines from other manufacturers. If it works for your model, please leave a comment to let others know.
