Made this Soundwave Tardis Transformer for an Instuctable contest, and thought I'd post it up here as well. Old design; no longer supported. Leaving files up for posterity. Instructions Detailed build instructions and transforming process can be found on the Instructables page: http://www.instructables.com/id/Tardis-Transformer-Pick-your-flavor/ 7/10/13 update: Added door details, changed the neck transformation back to the Mark1, completely redid the ankles and feet, and tweaked a few dimensions of the joints. Printed with a .35mm nozzle at .25mm hieght. Keep support on and a 6mm raft. You'll need one of everything with two exceptions: 8 windows, and 2 outer back support. Joint holes are 2.5mm. I used 1.78mm nylon filament, but you should be able to drill them out to 3mm if you need to. Everything is snap fit, but the tolerances are super tight so a bit of shaving may be required. If you take too much off, or if your joints are lose, hit it with a coat of lacquer paint until it's nice and tight.
