Transformers HeadMaster Monzo - WeirdWolf's Trainer

After a lot of work and stuff, I present something I haven't seen anyone else do and I didn't think was possible for some time.. Printable fully working HeadMaster! This is Monzo, Headmaster Trainer of WeirdWolf. Worked out from some photos (and one of the only headmasters with a head I got (Hardhead), Monzo fully transformers as per the original toy from Nebulon Monzo, to the head of WeirdWolf. I cut down the original details because I really couldn't see how some of them would print and I wanted to go for one that works and looks good. The face has a flip down panel to hide it in Robot mode, the arms move, the legs move, in fact, the original Headmasters had a metal pin joint for the legs, which attached the two knees together.. maybe for strength, but like with some old transformers, it robbed it of a independent knee joint for each leg, which would be possible without it (you can basically remove the pin with a bit of work and replace it with something different).. due to the design, this print doesn't HAVE a knee pin. I was debating it at first, but then decided to remove it, so you it is more poseable then the original toy. Just a notice, the peg holes are a tiny bit bigger then the peg size. this basiclly means on most 'average' FDM printers, You should be able to just piece it together without filing the peg holes (and running the risk of over sanding).. If you use some fantasticly smooth FDM printer, or a Resin printer, they might be a tiny bit loose. Glue is often helpful then. The stats are even correct so when you plug it into the headmaster body, it will read correctly. I have uploaded it in three files, the first contains the complete headmaster, then I have the 'Grey' parts and the 'Blue' parts. I'm sure you don't need much help in putting it together, but I have included a small box which can be used to help align the head plate with the body , which will need to be glued onto the back. the rest will clip on. For the upper legs, remember the bump is in front, and circle which sticks out on the knee connection is on the outside. All headmasters were made from two plastic colours. For Monzo, it should be a light grey, with a greeny dark blue. due to limited filament colours at times, finding the right colours aren't always easy and I went for a 'standard' grey filament, and a bright blue. The only 'official' paint apps were on the headmasters Face, and the main robots mouth. In Weirdwolfs case, this was red. I hope to do other Headmasters now that I got the template all done as any Transformer collector will know that the headmaster head is the most annoying part to be missing. Guns and missiles are annoying but still give you a working robot. Hands can be a real pain, but Heads are just the worse.. lose a headmaster head and you have a headless robot only.
