Siege Rumble was a pretty good figure, but he was lacking something really important - his ELBOWS. So I opened my designing software and created poseable arms for this little buddy. I also designed his iconic gun backpack. It's siege effects compatible in 3 different places. This piece can be stored in cassette mode on Soundwave's forearm as a new weapon.
