I just design a simple transmission gears according with ISO rules of desing. The gears relation is 1:7. The cotter of the pinion has been adapted to my own motor, so maybe it doesn´t work on others. Instructions This design has been thought for ABS. In the case of the gear, it is very important to have the base well calibrated because it takes almost the whole area (for a base of 20cm x 20cm).
