Hey, I made a size adjustable transmission. For 1 transmission, it is necessary to print 2 times part 1 and 1 time part 2 and 1 time part 3. There is a tiny bit of play between part 2 and 3, but if I remove this play, part 3 can no longer fit into part 2. I printed the parts vertically and had no sturdiness issues.
