Free Moving Filament Sensor Mount

Free Moving Filament Sensor Mount

This Free Moving Filament Sensor mount will allow the sensor to rotate with the extruder, reducing the tension on the filament and lessening the grinding and noise the filament makes on the sensor while printing to the extremes of your print surface. I based the the bearing mount portion off TimBolton's Micro Single Spinner Fidget . It was compact and does the job well. I'm using 5 M3 screws to hold the mount together and 2 M4 screws to mount the the mount to the top of my Ender 3. The 2 M4 screws screw into Tee Sliding Nut. I'm using a cheap BIQU Filament Break Detection Sensor as my filament sensor. I'm using Bones Reds Skateboard 608 Bearings and my center bearing. Video of the mount in action (Yeah, I did print the one side at the extreme of my Ender3 bed): https://youtu.be/2OYJcTrnDTE
