[update: seems like the png had issues, so I also uploaded the image as a pdf] Going to visit someone today and space is limited, so last night I made a quick travel version of Azul. For pieces you will need 108 centimeter cubes (or Bloxels cubes): 20 of 5 different colors, and 8 of another color for the scoring tracks. You'll also need an opaque bag. I 3D printed the tray, then printed and laminated the paper base, then used spray adhesive on the tray to stick it to the base. When cutting the laminated paper, the crop guides are very general, you'll want it smaller and I rounded the corners. For coasters I used poker chips, though you could print something fancier.
