The wheels from our old TravelPro Crew5 26" luggage fell apart after many years of use and the Lifetime Warranty didn't cover "wear & tear", so I designed this replacement wheel. Default dimensions (76mm outside diameter, 11,4mm center hole, and 24.3mm thickness) assume that the original metal axle & plastic bushings are transferred from the old wheels. SCAD file included for creating wheels of other customized sizes. V2 has more wheel facets (more roundness) by default for smoother/quieter rolling, and reduced thickness slightly to 24.0mm (matching standard inline skating wheels). SCAD file has also been updated to reflect these changes.
