This is a spring guide/collar for Traxxas vehicles equipped with Big Bore shocks that allow the use of the latest "12 mm" bore springs from Associated/TLR. This should also work for Ultra Shocks - but I have not tested. Technically you can use 12 mm springs on the shocks as-is, but there is a significant amount of play between the spring and spring collar. Linear Traxxas and Losi "vintage" springs are getting harder to find which in turn poses some challenges to properly tune your truck or buggy. This will allow you to use any 12 mm based spring design of your choice. There are rates that would allow you to match the older Traxxas race vehicles as well. UPDATE 08/29/20 - Added lower spring cup to files.
