Traxxas Rustler Paddle Sleeve 004 - Final Iteration

This is the fourth and final iteration of paddle tires for my and my sons' Traxxas Rustler 2x4 and 4x4 trucks. These paddle sleeves (as I call them) are compatible with the [rims here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4049393) which cam be printed in PLA, and are very durable. [Here is the third iteraion](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3954707) which were pretty good, but the paddles were still a bit thick, and just a bit too big for the really fine sand a a couple of beaches near me. [Here is the second iteration](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3669246) that were too small, and to be honest- the paddle geometry was wrong. [Here is the first iteration](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3558114) They worked, but they flung sand and rocks waaay too far. The paddle geometry was also wrong (as far as I am concerned). This design reduced the paddle thickness, made them just a bit smaller than the 003 iteration, and changed the geometry to stop flinging sand so high into the air, but still make a nice rooster-tail.
