Printed this Part in Flex PLA Turns out to be slightly softer than the original but unbreakable with good dampening. Only needs support at the horizontal screw-holes. I solved this via "support enforcer" option in my slic3r software. Survived already some hard bashing sessions, i am quite happy with the result. I suggest to try out ABS for more stiffness.
