this part often breaks for me and I've been collecting the broken parts for some time now and made this little adapter for the metal piece, you will need the part, to begin with along with some heat to melt away the old plastic and to fit the metal ball's pegs inside the holes without it snapping id also like to point out that strength was not accounted for so take their performance with a grain of salt. -sorry about the pics
