Just a simple 50 Tooth Spur gear. Maybe needs a bit of modification, depending on your Printer, Material and Settings. Print with very low outer Wall speed to get clean tooth. If your printing with nylon, be sure to use some kind of Bed adhesion like Hairspray or Glustick. UPDATE: It did not last very long on my Mamba Monster 1:8 Slash :P Maybe it does still work with the stock motor and ESC...
