A very simple, but attractive design for holding and transportation salt- and pepper shakers.With two seamlessly deep-drawn and punched metal sheets, one wire bow, four cylindrical pins and optional a closing cover, could be this minimalist design well realized.All of the wire components could be - for example - laser-welded or riveted onto the inner side of the tray plate.The design of the lower closing plate (pressed-in) is a proposal only and can be improved/optimized as well as possible.Alternative a closing cover - made of rubber or soft plastic - is thinkable too, to protect the surface of a desk.In the model both alternative components are built-in.The glasses of the shakers are designed in a plain and simple way, without any flourishes.I've tried to dimensioning this model according to the "Golden Ratio".
