Trelock LS950 headlight mount for 31.8mm round-shaped handlebars

Standard Trelock lamp holders are always annoying and don't fit well on 31.8mm handlebars, so I decided to walk the FreeCAD valley of tears and create this mount for Trelock headlamps. Mine is in use under very rough Cyclocross conditions and performing very well. I'd recommend 100% fill rate for uncompromised stability. There might be a bit of sanding required on the back end junction for easy fitting. Also the top of the LS950 interface might need slight sanding until the lamp jaw locks firmly. I needed a bit of grinding as well but I preferred that rather than having the lamp rattling on the mount. IMPORTANT: Print parts lying on their sides, otherwise they will break easily under load and vibration. You need an M4 screw and M4 nut. Don't overtighten it. In case the mount slips on your handlebar you might need to add a layer of insulation tape. Depends on your handlebar finish. Cheers
