Spangler's idea of wearable weights, this concept conceals the device as a smart watch or fitness tracker. The weight and springs could be sealed in a fluid-filled cavity. In this round version, some adjustment can be achieved by rotating the face of the watch to orient the springs. Alternatively, multiple springs could be used to suspend the weight equally. If mounting the device on a watchband is not adequate, then it could be mounted onto a wrist cuff or wrist brace.
