Trend Unibase to Leigh e7 guidebush adapter

This Thing is an adapter designed to seamlessly attach the Leigh e7 Guidebush to a Trend Unibase. The completed outside diameter measures 60mm on the outer flange, accompanied by a stepped bore of 34.85mm to 29.75mm. I've successfully fitted it to my Unibase and assembled the e7 guide bush around it, resulting in a tight, precise fit. As I printed it on a Duplicator4, I had to scale it up by a factor of 1.02 to achieve the correct size; however, if your printer produces items of exact dimension, no scaling will be necessary. Instructions generated using AutoCAD 2008 were then exported as a .STL file and used for printing. The print was carried out on a Wanhao Duplicator4 in 1.75pla material at the settings of 220c with a cold bed, 20% fill and the standard resolution of .27. I utilized raft support along with exterior supports while printing face up.
