Tri-Grip Climber's Training Block

Tri-Grip Climber's Training Block

A buddy of mine had an old wooden block that was cracked and unusable, so I designed a replacement for him. It's not super fancy, but it's strong, accurate, and most important it's functional. One side each in 3 standard depths, 10mm / 15mm / 20mm, with each one labeled. I added in a few improvements on the original: * A redesigned center hole to better align the strap. * Raised lettering (1mm) on the grip surfaces so sweaty fingers don't fly off the plastic. (I've also included a blank version if you prefer.) PLA, 15% infill, set to cubic subdivision. I highly recommend enabling an extra infill wall and aligning the diagonals to strengthen the 20mm side most of all. Those were the settings I used and it printed strong enough to hold my 190lbs without flexing at all. The STEP file is included, so feel free to mess with it. SEND IT!
