This is Specs, the main character from Pete Complete's current Rimworld playthrough. Continuing my running theme of things-that-are-kind-of-too-high-effort-to-call-fanart, it's a fully handmade Blender sculpt of a Tribal Psycaster in Rimworld. She's looking at her hand because she's casting Solar Pinhole, in case you were wondering. You will need to support the right arm and parts of the skirt, but otherwise I designed this very much with printability in mind, so any resin printer should be good to go.
