Trigger-Clamp 3mm Bowden Extruder for Planetary Gearbox BSP

This started out as the May 2012 version of an airtripper extruder, then was modified by Piit79. I just added some support to beef it up a bit, added a BSP mount, couple thin pads to help with bed adhesion and made some room for the clamphttp://www.irwin.com/tools/clamps/one-handed-micro-bar-clamps. The goal was to make something close to the current airtripper BSP I use on my 1.7mm extruders but modified for 3mm filament and with the mount for a kysan geared stepper planetary gearbox.http://airtripper.com/1764/airtrippers-direct-drive-bowden-extruder-v3-bsp-edition/ I never liked using the screws to tension the idler in most extruder designs, it is just too much trouble to open and to make adjustments. So I dropped the hose/springs and long m3 screws in favor of a irwin quick-grip trigger clamp. For this extruder I made some small adjustments to make the clamp fit even better. I did end up keeping one of the two tension-screw-holes to leave room for the allen wrench for mounting.
