Trinity Hotend Fan Duct Assembly for Creality CR10/Ender 3 with Noctua Fans

This hotend cooling assembly was designed from scratch to enable hotend and part cooling using exclusively 40mm axial fans (in particular Noctua) as a part of my ongoing pursuit of a totally silent 3D printer. From my searches, it seems that all the quiet blower fans are too large to be practical for 3D printing, so I went with the axial fans instead. I also think the angularity of the assembly and the geometry of the fan placement is very aesthetically pleasing! NOW COMPATIBLE WITH BLTOUCH! It was also designed with minimal part count, with the goal being super simple assembly and installation. The parts can be manufactured (in theory, at least) out of any 3D printer plastic, though PETG or ABS are highly recommended for obvious safety/longevity reasons. To print, orient the main part with the front face down onto the bed, as demonstrated in the last pic included here, and turn on supports from the bed plate for overhangs >45. Please note that if you go the route of using Noctua fans, they are 12V while Creality printers are 24V; hence, if you use Noctua, you must either: A) step the fan voltage down to 12 from 24V, or B) run the two fans in series rather than parallel. Failure to do at least one of these will result in burning up either the fan or the fan control chip on your motherboard. I am very happy with how this turned out, and hope that some of you out there find this useful/interesting/inspiring as well!
