Trinus Heat Bed Wire Chain

Almost everyone that has a heated bed has had problems with the heat bed cable on the Trinus. This is a custom designed wire chain that eliminates the fatigue issue. Print two anchor links and a dozen middle links. They can be in PLA (as mine are), but PETG is less likely to break when you snap the links together. Once assembled, the chain is under no stress, so the PLA is fine. You do need a cable about twice as long as that supplied by Kodama, so I made my own. The connector specs are published in the Facebook Trinus Creatives forum, or you can message me. Assemble the two anchor links so that the anchor tabs are on the same side of the chain. One gets wire tied to the heat bed where you used to wire tie the cable. I affixed the other end to the metal base with double sided tape.
