Triple Reduction Gearbox

Triple Reduction Gearbox

Triple reduction (11.5:1 ratio) right angle gearbox. This is a toy, not intended for actual power transmission applications. There's a screen shot of the assembly drawing with a bill of materials for the quantities needed of each part. No hardware is required. The assembly is held together with 3D printed C clips. For this design, I made it so all the components go together easily, little or no sanding/filing to get parts to fit. I printed the shafts, tie rods and handle vertically with brim/raft. I used support material for the shafts and the oddly shaped bearing housing. I printed the gears at about 60% full speed on the printer. Updated 3 Jun 23: Uploaded C_Clip_8mmTV which was missing from the original thing files.
