Tripod collar with Arca-Swiss Dovetail for Canon nFD 200mm 2.8 IF and 2xB teleconverter. The fat one is for the TC and the thin one is for the lens. NOT A PRINT-IN-PLACE DESIGN. Split the part into two parts in your slicer before printing. Print with 4 perimeters and 50% infill . Takes M4x20 or x15 bolts and nuts.
