<p>Modified the original file to fit a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter so I can put other tripod plates on it.</p><p>I printed it with supports in PLA. Would recommend increasing number of perimeters.</p><p>You will also need a long M4 bolt with a hex head (or a threaded rod with a locking nut) and a winged nut for the other side.</p><p>The 3/8 to ¼ adapter screws in very tightly (intentional design decision) so I recommend heating it up a bit with a lighter so it melts the plastic and screws in easier. After it cools down it should be almost impossible to get out and should be plenty strong.</p>
