I needed a place to put my reading glasses during those times when I am working on things at my desk where I can't use my reading glasses. I have small folding tripod on my desk that holds my webcam that I use for YouTube videos. I fashioned this eyeglass holder because it was the most handy place to put them. I believe I bought the tripod at WalMart. It will work with any tripod whose legs are 15mm in diameter.
