Update: 17.01.2021 - Nut is enlarged for a better fit. file name: NutTripod_re.stl - alternative Base-Bottom design to insert the nut side way and leave only space for the tripod bolt. file name: Base-Bottom_WIP_re.stl - Body parts redesigned, so glue is no longer required. Body parts will come together in a sliding fashion instead of clipping. file name: Body-Split1_WIP.stl & Body-Split2_WIP.stl the redesigned base bottom is somewhat nonsensical, once you put in the nut, there is basically no good way (none destructive) to get the nut back out (at least not with enlarged nut, I haven't tested the old nut design). The original's design is brilliant just can't fathom why you should drill a hole after you printed it. Then I added 2 holes. As I printed the new clamps I found the operation still isn't smooth enough, so I tweaked the height between the body to give the spring more room. Extend the clamp's length to fit wider phones. Reduce the contact areas between the clamp and the body and shrink the clamp to create a smoother operation however as I finally assembled it, I realized the nut definitely either has to be a tighter fit or to be redesigned, because it is a single point of failure whether it can be successfully mounted on the tripod
