Triumph bar-end mirror adaptor

In order to mount clamp-style bar-end mirrors to the Triumph Tiger 1050 (and some other Triumphs), a bar-end-mirror adaptor is required as the factory bar-ends are much much much too large in diameter. This is a pretty simple mount designed to facilitate mounting of the CRG Bar End mirrors onto a Tiger 1050. It re-uses the factory screw and cosmetic washer for mounting, provides a shelf for the mirror to clamp onto (21mm diameter), and generally tries to minimise the width of the handlebars by recessing the cosmetic washer inside the bar end. Instructions (1) Buy Triumph Tiger 1050. (2) Buy 21mm-mounting bar end mirrors. (3) Print 2x bar end mirror adaptors. (4) Slide bar-end mirrors onto the 21mm 'shelf', before installing on bike. (5) Re-use bar-end screws and cosmetic washers to install on bike. (6) Tighten up the bar-end screw, adjust bar-end mirrors. I printed mine: raftless no supports (there may be a little sagging of the first internal layer, but it's not an issue in the long run) 1 shell, 0.3mm layer height, 100% infill Yeah, 100% infill. Nice and solid so it can handle the compression of the washer and bar-end mirror, otherwise it tends to crush the honeycombing like a wafer. Takes about 1 hour on a TOM, including warmup time.
