Triumph Bonneville/Thruxton/Scrambler sprocket cover

My ongoing test of using printed sprocket cover which fits Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton and Scrambler. Standard sprocket cover is very good at being packed up with chain grease and dirt, this should keep sprocket area a bit more clean. Model does not have 5th bolt hole due the size limit on my printer. Maybe this can be added in the future by splitting print in 2 pieces. Print 4 x 50mm spacers from spacers.stl to keep cover from touching the sprocket. Longer spacer can be used to screw 5th, bottom bolt back in place if you do not have a short replacement for it. Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 50 Notes: I had to rotate object a bit to get it to fit on Flasforge print bed nicely. Do not try to scale it, bolt holes are currently at right spots.
