I've had my 2nd keyring now, thanks to someone who's really into collecting shopping carts for the local grocery store. They showed me the one they use on the job and let me tell you, it was a real eye-opener. They explained that you actually push in a lever like a coin, then slide it sideways and pull it out - don't try to yank it straight out or it might get jammed up.
