Video: https://youtu.be/lwS2hN_AcFU Decided to share models for my own design, Trolley handle mount for GW Monster. This is designed for strength and to be simple. Print in PLA works fine, just use 3-4 outer walls and print a bit hotter for perfect layer-bonding. I have personally used this in PLA for a month, daily usage, no issues. Sideways loads are handled by the parts themself, screws only handle forward and back loads. Use gotways default plastic screws. Important! Use a drill to make sure the holes are slighly bigger than the screws you are going to use, Designed for this trolley handle. See photo added! - Predrill holes in case and parts. Use GW stock plastic screws, the predrilled holes should be same as inner core of screw. - Parts should be installed on trolley handle first before installing onto wheel. - take apart stock trolley and isntall my parts. - I advice to place a thin layer of rubber, EVA foam or cork between parts and case. makes for a more robust fit and as you tighten it, the material between will compress. easy to see. Only tighten screws enough for a snug fit. - This is not for others to print and sell, only for community to help eachother and make life easier. If you see some seller offer this as a kit or whatnot, i did NOT agree to it and they are stealing.
