Just a simple half-case made to cover and provide cooling for the Melzi board stepper drivers and the OPi One. By the way, Orange Pi One fits the top 2 screws perfectly making it a seamless upgrade to run Octoprint on. Please note that this **does not provide much mechanical protection** as there are only 2 points where the case is screwed to the frame. Also, it is a **half case**, not covering the whole Melzi board, as the priority here is to **cover the OPi** and **cool the stepper drivers**. Additional hardware used: - 40 mm fan (either 5V or 12V, depends on what you want to power it from, I went for 12V to power it from the Melzi), mounted on the inside - 4-6 16 mm M3 screws - 2 15 mm F-F M3 spacers - 4-6 M3 nuts First mount the OPi on the top 2 screws, screw on the 2 nuts on them to fix it in place and then screw the spacers on top of the nuts. This will provide the necessary spacing between both the boards and the cover.
