Tronxy X3 extruder Adapter for flexible filament print
thingiverse
Hello,\ni recently purchased flexismart filament and was eager to try flexible printing on my tronxy. However, the original extruder wasn't up to the task due to a small gap where the filament would get pushed and then jam, making it unusable for printing. To overcome this limitation, I decided to print an adapter, which not only saved me money but also allowed me to switch between filaments quickly. My first design worked flawlessly from the start, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Next up will be experiments with ninjaflex or Arflex45. I printed the adapter at 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill with a print speed of 40mm/s, without any support or raft. One tip for improved adhesion is to use an acrylic glass plate that's been scratched lightly with 100-grit sandpaper - it works like a charm. I hope this adapter proves useful to you as well, and the best part is that it takes just seven minutes to print. Enjoy!
