Tronxy X3 TronRecognizer layer cooler and printer improve

This is my very first design. This is more a how to improve your printer rather than a 3d thing. I never designed anything in 3d before. I hope you will understand that. Read instructions and have fun. CAUTION!, read the entire instructions before you take any decission on modifying your Tronxy X3. The Tronxy X3 printer needed to be modified in order to work properly because the alluminium heating block was inside the fan case. This was leading to several temperature problems: heating block not reaching the proper temp to melt filament and heatsink not cooling the filament due to the transmission of the heat via hot air and via throat... Those problems were solved as described in the document and, in add, you have a stl file with a creation of my own wich is a layer cooler called TRONRECOGNIZER ;-) Hope you like it and that you find useful the entire document. UPDATE 09-09-2018: I was using the Tronrecognizer layer cooler for a long time and I have to say that it works very well usin a 50*20mm 12V 350mA fan... The quality of my prints improved drastically using it. Do not hesitate on print it.
