This adjustable motor mount was derived from an excellent design concept first published by sinus19 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4012260) as part of his Linear Rail conversion. I too performed a similar upgrade and liked his adjustable motor mount design concept. I modified the part design slightly by adding some angled support members and a few extra mounting holes so that the same part would work on both the LEFT and RIGHT side of the printer.
