Tronxy X5S Flexion E3D V6 Retrofit Extruder Mount/Fan Shroud v2

This is a revised version of a mount and fan shroud designed for installing a Flexion Extruder E3D V6 Retrofit kit on a Tronxy X5S 3D printer using direct extrusion style. This design utilizes original hardware from the Tronxy X5S and the E3D V6 Hot-end, including the 40mm blower part cooling fan for the Tronxy, the 30mm snap-on Heat Sink fan for the E3D V6 Hotend, the original extruder stepper motor that came with the Tronxy X5S as a Bowden style extruder, all 3mm and carriage bolts and nuts, and small screws for the limit switch and blower fan. I did not need to purchase any additional hardware for this build, using only spare parts left over from the assembly of the Tronxy X5S. Unlike previous revisions, this mount is designed to accommodate either slim or full depth stepper motors for direct flexion extruder applications. Additionally, the bracket has been redesigned for easier installation. The printed mount can be bolted directly to the carriage, allowing you to fully assemble your Flexion Extruder and E3D V6 Hot-end before placing it onto the mount and bolting it down. The limit switch is now more accessible and can be installed after the print head assembly.
