A way to add extra leveling points to an X5SA-500 Pro without drilling holes in the heatbed. You will need 12x M4 x 6 heatset thread inserts, 8 x M4x10 screws, 4 M4x20 screws. Also M3 screws, springs and adjust knows identical to those already on the printer. You will also need a high temperature rated epoxy. I used JB-Weld. All parts have been printed from ABS except for the screw retainer which was Polycarbonate. I have included a drawing for the aluminum beams made from folded 2mm aluminum. A sheet metal workshop should be able to fabricate these for you. The assemblies should be built as shown and fitted to the bed support frame. The bed should then be put into position and at least 4 of the mounting point screws fitted to ensure alignment. You can then mark the insulation for where you will need to remove the insulation. Mark the points for removal and then carefully slice an 'X' about 30mm across at each point and peel back the insulation. Clean the exposed heater with alcohol. Apply the epoxy to the top of the Screw retainers and carefully fit the buildplate with the Screw retainers now being glued to the heater surface. Fit all other screws, springs and knobs, and apply a small amount of tension to ensure good contact with the glue. Once the glue has set you can level the bed, hopefully much improved. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Enjoy
