This is a frame assembly guide to use over 20x20 section fixed to some 20x40 section as used on the TronXY x5sa printers. It should work with most frames. The idea is the help keep the frame elements square and flat to each other and fully butted together when tightening the fixing screws. When assembling tap the fame to ensure it is fully seated into the guide before tightening the screws. This only works for the bottom frame of the pro version printers with the linear rails. You could use it on the top part of the frame BEFORE you fit the Y axis linear rails. I am going to try and make a guide for use with the linear rails and see if it works?
