Without the Linear rails upgrade, the Tronxy X5SA suffers with keeping the top gantry true and square. I looked but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. The great work by @JD_Printing gave me a solid platform to make exactly what I needed. This remixed version allows you to retain the eccentric nuts on each side, PLUS they fit in place without altering any heights or dimensions of the Z axis. I was able to fit these and continue printing without needing to re-home or re level anything. The only hardware needed was 4 washers (2 each side) and 4 T slot nuts (Shown in the pics)
